Beauty Fulfilled is a company with varied services, products, programs and affiliates.  Our main focus is to  guide and assist people to reach their highest potential of inner and outer beauty. 

 

While working with Giovannina in her BE YOUR BEAUTY™ program you are guided through a confidential, interactive process, specially designed to explore your personal journey and aesthetic concerns. Through guided introspection, discussion, coaching, intuitive and energy work, along with a bit of "magic", your transformation begins!  Outer image changes in  fashion, skin care, make-up and hair may also be addressed.

Your surroundings at home or work are considered and re-organized if needed.  Gio feels that where a person works and lives should reflect the beauty and tranquility they wish to achieve inward.

From inner to outer, you will achieve:

Other Services

Giovannina Abbenante M.A. is also an intuitive counselor, energy healer, educator and public speaker.  Using her years of education and training in mind/body healing, metaphysics and universal laws, along with her innate intuition,  and her M.A. in Counseling Psychology,  she works with her clients one on one to:

  • Heal emotional trauma
  • Remove blockages to self growth
  • Change old belief systems & patterns
  • Heal physical ailments through energy work
  • Promote inner peace and balance
It is Gio's passion to assist others to remember their own inner power and ability to heal themselves.  She believes in empowering her clients rather than to develop dependency.  Her goal with all her clients is for them to establish a strong foundation of self, know their truth and have a healthy self image and identity.


About Giovannina

Giovannina Abbenante is the founder of Beauty Fulfilled.

Because Gio has always had an eye for what works aesthetically for people,  she naturally found herself immersed in the fields of beauty and fashion in Manhattan, even before she finished her undergraduate studies.
Her diverse experience includes positions such as senior trend consultant for high profile clientele with a company based in Paris,  and market editor for a well known fashion magazine. 

Be Your Beauty integrates this former work with her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from NYU, along with her education and training over the years in : 

  • Energy/Intuitive Healing
  • Mind, Body, Soul Synergy
  • Metaphysics
  • Universal Laws
  • Archetypal Patterning

Over the years, Gio has presented her work at the United Nations, the New Life Expo and various Holistic Yoga, Spa and Wellness Centers. She also had repeat appearances on the local television show, "Follow Your Heart"  and was featured on local radio in Chicago.

Gio teaches self esteem and empowerment groups for young girls and has taught at recovery clinics for those with chemical dependencies.  Gio is also a member on an advisory panel of experts on eating disorders and body image, which implements programs and resources for support, education and healing, country wide.

Giovannina is currently available to see clients in Manhattan, Chicago and Maui, HI throughout the year.  She also provides sessions over the phone.

 

 

Why Gio Created Beauty Fulfilled©

While working in the fashion industry, she met many people who were thought to have it all in areas such as success, wealth and fame, but she felt "something" was always amiss. She noticed this same pattern when she lived in Los Angeles, where youth and beauty are of vital importance: "I met many people who did not project an integrated, whole being, which can only develop through inner work. This sets a foundation for physical aesthetics and material abundance. Underneath it all, many people were quite empty and unfulfilled. Their beauty and their being held no light, and therefore, did not shine because of this."  Gio has learned that there is a great beauty that occurs when one understands their own truth and freely expresses it out into the world.

Gio first began, after leaving the fashion industry,  focusing only on inner healing and self image, but soon decided to merge the two aspects of inner and outer beauty and combine them to create an amazing transformation. This integration creates a fulfilled, healthy, whole self, manifesting true beauty.

Gio's love for beauty and fashion, along with her passion for guiding people to discover their inner light, led her to create  Beauty Fulfilled.

 

Gio's Philosophy of Beauty

She believes that the idea of true beauty is shifting: "People are now beginning to "see" and feel beauty in one's energy, and one of the results of doing the inner work is a more youthful appearance! When you know your truth, who you are on a soul level, and are able to express yourself freely in life, you attract more light into your being. It is then that you truly shine. Transformation of mind, body, and spirit uncovers the beauty you already possess and creates an aura of alluring energy on all levels; this process is multidimensional."

An integral part of the Be Your Beauty program is to change your limited self perceptions, long held beliefs (that are not your truth), and your inner programming. Gio believes these are what hold you back in life and sabotage relationships, success, and happiness: "The idea is for you to embrace your highest expression of self (your core being), have the confidence to shine in your life, be your truth, and achieve personal fulfillment."

Along with all the great beauty enhancements available now, building the foundation of inner beauty complements and magnifies your transformation on the outside! This integration produces feelings of well being and self satisfaction that are sustained throughout your life!

Program Options

For the Be Your Beauty program, in your first meeting with Gio,  you will discuss your concerns, desires, obstacles, goals and challenges.  She will then design your personal program based on your specific needs.

For the optimum results, Gio strongly recommends clients to commit to a three month program, as that is the time period that allows for the most success and appropriate transformation to occur.

There are also 21 day intensives and weekend workshops available for private or group participants. 

She is also available for one on one coaching and healing via phone.
